Well... this whole show is pathetic. See why:

This one is funny:

Every survival training I have seen says "Drinking your own urine will only make you thirstier" It's too salty.
Yes, maybe some shows are fake or untrue, but the show itself is prepared bloody good!
i also have caught a couple episodes of this show and I was not impressed. It is a rip-off of a great Canadian show
http://www.survivorman.ca
Survivorman is genuinely great, it feels and IS all real. Plus survival advices he gives are in fact quite clever and, uhm, helpful. Bear's are dumb, aimed to sound terrifying/disgusting, and sometimes even dangerous to your health (like the one about drinking pee).
Survivorman is much better ... he's got a safety crew somewhere but has to hump all his own camera gear on top of making it through.
Bear Grills would rip off survivor man's testicals, eat them raw and wash them down with his own pee.
Bear, the Eaton boy and son of the late Conservative parliament member has people to do the washing for him.
Yeah.. Bear's a joke http://www.daughtersoftiresias.org/bearwiki/TV_%27survival_king%27_stayed_in_hotels
I never did much like that show, with Bear Grills. I never thought it was fully truthful. So glad I never got into watching it. lol
