Launch of the "Topol-M" Missile

You want something really scary for Halloween?
Then watch this launch of Russian newest three-stage intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) "Topol-M". According to many sources, these missiles change their flight trajectory, which makes them virtually unpredictable and hard to destroy. They also have similar ICBMs on board of submarines.

To read more about these ICBM and the trucks that carry them, see our articles Part 1 and Part 2.

Computer ad: Back in the late 70's we used to run credit reports on a machine something like this at the car dealership I worked for.

The girl in the plastic globe is from a well known 1960s fashion shoot by Richard Avedon. The steam punk nun is getting new glasses, that is a portable optometrist's fitting/testing device.
